The main skill to use Clip Cast is drag and drop, but it requires to learn special format and techninc of edditing such as time table, transition, and addition of text.
The skill to taking the video for expected editting is very important to complete the good video clip by Clipcast as well.

It allows users to create the own video clip using the materials. It also can share the video to others but giving too much informations on video clip to strangers on internet would be dangerous.
